  • “Client” means any dental practice or business that uses this website or our services to request or engage candidates.
  • “Candidate” means any person who registers with us or whose details we hold for the purpose of introducing or supplying them to a Client.
  • “Services” means our recruitment and staffing services, including the introduction and/or supply of dental nurses and administrative staff, whether on a temporary, fixed term or permanent basis.
  • By using this website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them.

Access to this website is provided on a temporary basis, and we may withdraw or change the website without notice.

No guarantee of vacancies or candidates

  • Any particular vacancy, assignment or candidate will be available.
  • Any Client will offer a role to a Candidate, or that any Candidate will accept an offer. 

We may withdraw or amend vacancies, assignments or candidate profiles at any time without notice. 

Basis of our recruitment services 
For Clients, our Services typically consist of: 

  • Sourcing and introducing suitable dental nurses and administrative staff. 
    Arranging interviews where requested.
  • For temporary or agency staff, supplying Candidates to perform work for the Client. 


For Candidates, our Services typically consist of:
 

  • Collecting and reviewing CVs and professional information.
  • Matching Candidates to suitable roles and submitting details to Clients with consent.
  • Arranging interviews and providing feedback where possible.
  • The precise basis on which we provide Services (for example, permanent placement, fixed term or temporary supply) and the applicable fees will be set out in a separate written agreement or confirmation between us and the Client. 

Client responsibilities 
Clients agree to: 

  • Provide accurate and complete information about each vacancy or assignment, including duties, working hours, location, pay, and any professional qualifications or registrations required. 
  • Comply with all applicable laws and professional rules, including employment law, health and safety, data protection and dental regulatory requirements. 
  • Not unlawfully discriminate against any Candidate. 
    Clients are solely responsible for: 
  • Verifying a Candidate’s identity, right to work, qualifications, registrations and references, to the extent required by law and by the Client’s own policies. 
  • Deciding whether to engage any Candidate and on what terms. 


Candidate responsibilities 
Candidates agree to: 

  • Provide information that is true, accurate and not misleading, including CVs, qualifications, registrations, references and right-to-work details. 
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to their circumstances that may affect their suitability for a role (for example, professional registration changes, disciplinary issues or restrictions on practice). 

Candidates are responsible for: 

  • Ensuring they hold and maintain all professional registrations, clearances and insurances required to carry out their work. 
  • Reviewing and understanding the terms of any employment or engagement offered by a Client before accepting. 

Fees and payment (Clients) 
Clients agree to pay our fees in accordance with the fee structure notified or agreed in writing between us. 
Unless stated otherwise, fees become payable when: 

  • A Candidate introduced by us accepts an offer of employment or engagement with the Client; and/or 
  • A Candidate is supplied to the Client on a temporary or agency basis. 
    Invoices are payable within the time stated on the invoice or fee agreement. Interest may be charged on overdue sums at the statutory rate or such other rate as we have agreed in writing. 
  • We may, but are not obliged to, offer rebate, replacement or discount schemes; any such scheme will only apply if expressly agreed in writing and subject to the conditions of that scheme. 

Noncircumvention and introductions 
Where we introduce a Candidate to a Client, the Client agrees not to circumvent us by engaging the Candidate directly or indirectly (including via another agency) without paying the applicable fee, for a period specified in our separate fee agreement or, if none is specified, for a reasonable period from the introduction. 
An introduction is deemed to take place where we provide any information that identifies a Candidate, whether by CV, profile, interview arrangement or otherwise. 

Data protection and privacy 
We process personal data of Clients and Candidates in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy notice. 
By using this website or our Services, you acknowledge that we will collect, store and use your personal data for the purposes of operating our recruitment business, including: 

  • Assessing suitability for roles and assignments. 
  • Communicating with Clients and Candidates. 
  • Meeting legal and regulatory obligations. 


– You must not provide us with personal data about another person unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate authority to do so. 
Intellectual property 
– All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Perfect Surgical Cutz Recruitment and is protected by intellectual property laws. 
– You may view and print pages from the website for your own internal business or personal use, but you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. 

Website availability and security 
– We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors, viruses or other harmful components.

Liability 
– Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). 
Subject to the above, we will not be liable to any Client, Candidate or website user for:

  •  Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or goodwill.
  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
  • Any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, information on this website. 


– Our total aggregate liability in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with the provision of our Services to a Client will be limited as set out in our separate written agreement with that Client, or if none, to a reasonable cap relative to the fees paid for the relevant Services.
 
– Candidates acknowledge that no fee is paid by them for the use of our Services and that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to Candidates will be limited to losses directly caused by our breach and which were reasonably foreseeable. 
Indemnity (Clients) 
– Clients agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Perfect Surgical Cutz Recruitment from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with:

  • The Client’s failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.
  • The conditions under which any Candidate is required to work for the Client.
  • Any use by the Client of a Candidate’s services after being notified by us that the Candidate should no longer be engaged. 


Termination and suspension 
– We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or to our Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably suspect misuse, without any liability to you. 
– Termination of access to the website does not affect any accrued rights or obligations under any separate agreement between us and a Client relating to recruitment or supply services. 
Links to other websites 
– This website may contain links to thirdparty websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not signify any endorsement. 
We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, security or privacy practices of any third-party websites. 

Changes to these Terms 
– We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email or by a notice on the website.

Governing law and jurisdiction
