About the Role

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handover information.
  • Monitor residents’ physical and mental health and respond appropriately to changes.
  • Lead and support care staff on shift, ensuring best practice is followed at all times.
  • Administer medication and treatments accurately and in accordance with clinical guidelines.
  • Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care in line with professional standards and care plans.
