About the Role

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents in line with individual care plans and service standards.
  • Assist with personal care, mobility support, nutrition, hydration, and daily routines with dignity and respect.
  • Work closely with nurses and senior staff to maintain safe care delivery and a positive environment.
  • Support residents’ wellbeing by encouraging independence, comfort, and meaningful engagement.
  • Ensure good communication and reporting, especially when you notice changes in a resident’s condition.
